SPACES

River Bar

The River Bar is one of our most popular spaces, offering full hire for up to 100 guests or half-hire for 50. Surrounded by windows overlooking the marina, it delivers stunning views from every angle. With a private bar, AV facilities, and flexible dining/cocktail layout, it’s perfect for any occasion.

The Lounge

Elevated just above the main floor, the Lounge Room is perfect for smaller gatherings. This semi-private space can accommodate up to 25 guests cocktail-style. You’ll have your own raised area while still enjoying the lively atmosphere of The Dock and easy access to the main bar.

Private Dining Room

Perfect for intimate dinners, corporate luncheons, or private presentations, the PDR seats up to 42 guests. The space features a large TV with HDMI connectivity, flexible open or closed windows overlooking the water, and glass panel doors that can be closed for full privacy or left open to enjoy the atmosphere of the main dining room.

Dining Room

The Dining Room offers a stunning setting for larger seated events, comfortably accommodating up to 104 guests. Located at the back of the venue, this space boasts a warm, inviting atmosphere with beautiful views and easy access to the main bar. Perfect for long lunches, or special celebrations.

Wharf Events

Wharf Events offers an exclusive event space situated upstairs in The Wharf precinct, away from the lively atmosphere at The Dock. The perfect blank canvas space, lending itself to everything from live entertainment to high-profile galas and intimate sit-down dinners. Its flexible layout and dividers mean the space can accommodate anywhere from 25 to 250 guests.

We had our Work Christmas Party, booking out the River Bar for our 60 guests. I couldn't fault the bar service, food and care with some of the guests dietary requirements, nothing was too much trouble. Well done The Dock Mooloolaba! Definitely 5 Gold Stars! Would recommend 100% and we will be back!

The whole experience from the first phone call to us arriving and packing up at the end of the night was outstanding. All the staff just went above and beyond for us. The bar staff was working so hard keeping up making cocktail with a smile on their faces. We loved the venue, the fact that it was private but not locked away in a room, but feels like we are still apart of the nights. We would definitely recommend the Dock to all our friends. I would like to attached some photos from the night. Looking forward to returning to the Dock.
